Conn Curran and Rob Bennion will be taking their jazz to Maxwell’s every Thursday night in may, 9pm-12 midnight. Imagine the Brawny man singing LMFAO with Sinatra’s golden voice . . . and you might see a picture of Conn Curran.

Tara Hunnewell interview for RealTVfilms Los Angeles
Had a great time at Sundance this year, and made some amazing friends. Tara Hunnewell interviewed us for RealTVFlims during a break as we played the Stella Artois party.
Photos from our adventures the past few months . . . .
Here are some pictures from our performances in Houston, for the Eagle-Condor Humanitarian gala, for the Utah Bride and Groom Magazine “White Party”, for Club Metro’s Rockabilly Rumble, and from adventures in my life with my kids.
Utah Bride and Groom Magazine’s “White Party”
We had a great time performing for the Utah Bride and Groom magazine’s “White Party” last night.
Utah Bride and Groom Magazine First Annual “White Party” from Chris McClain Productions on Vimeo.
We started off the evening performing jazz ballads and lighter instrumental music. Then Conn Curran joined us for some popular and jazz songs. We also played some of our downtempo/european lounge DJ music with sax & drums.
After Conn sang some pop/ rock tunes in the jazz style, I began to DJ mashups and remixes of popular dance music with Bart still playing drums. The DJ+drums duet is a great way to get a live band feel and energy, but still have the original songs everyone loves and knows so well.
After most of the guests went home at Val’s request we cranked the speakers and played some of our Robot Dream crazy Mashup Mayhem to have our dance afterparty right then and there . . . So much fun!

Sundance 2013 was a blast!
Here are a few pictures from our experience at Sundance 2013. Conn Curran, Bart Olson, and I were hired by Stella Artois to play their party each day, and I also played my saxophone for the Nikki Beach Jacuzzi party at the Sky Lodge. We had a great time and met many interesting people. We are planning on joining Nikki Beach at the Cannes film festival this May!
Performances in Houston
Conn and I played some gigs in Houston this past weekend, here are some pictures of some of the highlights: including playing at the West End Friday night, a private party on Saturday at a Conroe-area mansion, seeing some of the Houston nightlife, an invitation by Houston Ballet soloist Oliver Halkowich to his post-prohibition-party with many other members of the Houston ballet, views of the skyline from our downtown loft, and the superbowl party at Steve’s place.
